Late submission of a series of financial statements, "Concrete giant" Beton 6 heavily fined

    The State Securities Commission has just officially announced the decision to sanction administrative violations against Beton 6 Joint Stock Company with a total fine of more than 107 million VND.

    According to the announcement on May 4, 2026, the State Securities Commission (SSC) said that on April 29, 2026, the unit issued Decision No. 222/QD-XPHC on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of securities and the stock market for Beton 6 Joint Stock Company.

    Beton 6 has its main headquarters address: KM 1877, National Highway 1K, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

    According to the decision just made public, Beton 6 was heavily fined 92.5 million VND for "forgetting" to disclose a series of key documents. The list of delays extends from the audited financial statements for 2023, 2024 to the revised quarterly and semi-annual reports in the last two years. Many of these documents were submitted more than 15 days late compared to the prescribed deadline.

    In addition to violations of information transparency, this enterprise was also fined an additional 15 million VND for shortcomings in the operating apparatus when not appointing a person in charge of corporate governance.

    The total fine that Beton 6 must pay to the state budget is 107.5 million VND.
