In this letter, the Chairman of THACO expressed his joy when many leaders at all levels of the older THACO voluntarily resigned to give the position to the younger successors.
The letter reads:
In the 5-year strategy (2023 - 2027), THACO identifies the period from 2023 to 2025 as an implementation to form a "Propaganda, business & governance model of THACO & its member corporations according to the proposed strategic orientation of large-scale production and business with integrated & supplementary characteristics on the industrial and digital platform.
I am very happy that up to now, we have completed the above target 5 months earlier with a new streamlined structure along with a partial digital transformation plan until the end of 2025. The next very important and inevitable work is to carry out personnel work to form a "Team of leadership and management personnel at all levels in the direction of streamlining and in line with the management method on the industrial and digital platform and comprehensively digitizing by 2027".
I call on all staff to understand and believe in the strategy and requirements of production, business and management to work with me to do this very important and difficult personnel work because it directly affects each staff in transferring and reducing personnel.
I am very happy and grateful that many leaders at all levels of THACO have understood and supported THACO through voluntarily taking leave to give the position to younger brothers despite their attachment and determination to THACO as it is today. They deserve to be recognized as sacrifices to contribute and dedicate to the development of THACO in the next stage.
I also request leaders at all levels to seriously and wholeheartedly implement the human resource assessment and rearrangement program based on the objective principle of "transparency - fairness", ensuring the formation of a team of human resources capable of continuing tradition, being dynamic, adapting quickly, in line with the new development trends of the times and THACO's development strategy.
I hope all THACO staff and member corporations will jointly consider restructuring towards streamlining and this personnel work as an important and inevitable first step for THACO's continued development, in line with the general trend of society and the general economy of the country and the digital era.
With the spirit of discipline - responsibility - consensus along with the philosophy of "Thinking for real, doing for real, creating for real value", each cadre and employee will continue to develop with THACO and make more practical contributions to the country in the new era of the nation.
