At many units, room occupancy rate reaches over 80% and is likely to continue to increase in the coming days. Ms. Le Nguyen Yen Thuy, Director of Roliva Hotel, said: "The current number of hotel room bookings is about 80% and is expected to gradually increase in the coming days. The majority of customers come from Thailand and Malaysia, in addition, there are additional customers from Korea.

Ms. Lien Le, Co-Founder of Le House, informed: "My customer base mainly comes from Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue. Family customers with cars often prioritize clean accommodation and comfortable parking spaces.
According to hotel owners, tourists often choose convenient accommodations to move to the city center during the day and return to rest in the evening. Therefore, hotel owners must prepare early for infrastructure to help businesses maintain stable operation when demand increases sharply.
Improving tourism service quality
Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong, Deputy Director of Da Nang City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, affirmed that the unit is focusing on innovating waterway tourism products and exploitation plans in Son Tra peninsula. "We implement synchronization of service quality to serve tourism throughout the area and strictly control the minimum conditions for facilities at accommodation establishments," Ms. Phuong emphasized.
