In addition to administrative sanctions, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province requires Yen Bai Jewelry and Gold Joint Stock Company to excavate the entire volume of soil and rock that have been dumped in the wrong location. Transport and dump to the correct location according to the approved mine design within 60 days from the date of receipt of the decision.
