The National Competition Commission (NCC) issued Decision No. 199/QD-CT dated August 4, 2025 on handling the competition case against Saigon Jewelry Company Limited with the following decision:
Sanctioned Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (Enterprise code: 0301045759) for administrative violations in the field of competition with the amount of VND 200,000,000 (VND two hundred million) for providing confusing information to customers about products to attract customers of other enterprises violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Competition Law.
In addition, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank was forced to rectify and publicize confusing information to customers about the products on the electronic information page of Saigon Jewelry Company Limited at https://sjc.com.vn.
During the investigation, Saigon Jewelry Company Limited SJC actively coordinated to provide information and documents to the National Competition Commission; had acts to prevent and reduce the consequences of the violation.
