Da Nang deploys 100% online business registration, contributing to promoting digital transformation, saving costs and improving competitiveness.

In order to promote digital transformation and reform administrative procedures, from September 15, 2025, all business registration procedures in Da Nang city will be conducted online.

Accordingly, business registration will no longer be done directly at the counter but will be converted to 100% online application submission.

The business registration procedure is carried out through the National Business Registration Portal at https://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn

According to the Department of Finance, applying business registration completely online is one of the important steps in the city's digital transformation strategy, while enhancing transparency, saving time and costs for businesses, towards the goal of sustainable development and improving local competitiveness.

This policy demonstrates the determination of the city government in modernizing the administrative system, improving the investment and business environment and creating the most favorable conditions for people, organizations and businesses to operate in the area. The implementation of online registration also helps management agencies easily track, count, and process more quickly, while limiting direct contact, reducing pressure on the department receiving documents.

To support businesses in the process of converting the registration form, the Department of Finance recommends that organizations and individuals proactively access the above website to learn about the process and prepare appropriate documents.
