According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang, the city welcomed more than 620,000 visitors during the National Day holiday on September 2 this year, an increase of 24% over the same period in 2024. Tourism revenue reached over VND 2,200 billion, up 28%.
Of which, international visitors are estimated to reach 168,000 (up 49%), domestic visitors are estimated at 452,000 (up 17%). The average room occupancy rate in the whole city reached 55 - 60%, with the 4-5 star hotel block reaching 65 - 70%; many hotels in An Hai, Ngu Hanh Son, Hoi An Dong, Hoi An reaching 80% of the occupancy rate.


From August 29 to September 2, Da Nang airport received 687 flights, an average of 137 flights/day. Chu Lai Airport welcomes 34 domestic flights, equivalent to the same period in 2024. In particular, on September 3, the Star Voyager cruise ship with 1,500 international visitors is expected to dock at Da Nang port, promising to continue to vibrate the tourism atmosphere.
To serve people and tourists, Da Nang has organized fire spraying - water spraying on Dragon Bridge for 5 consecutive nights. Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Spring Park held a peace Prayer Ceremony and a super-commemorative pray for the heroic martyrs. Hoang Sa visitors' house decorated a check-in space with the theme facing the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

In Hoi An, the atmosphere of the independent Tet holiday is bustling on every street. The red flag is covered with yellow star, the crowd of people walking around Cau Pagoda, An Hoi Bridge, Hoai River bank. International visitors stopped to take souvenir photos, shops were packed with people. The old town also recreates traditional craft villages, folk songs, and traditional musical instrument harmonies, contributing to preserving indigenous culture and attracting tourists.
