Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Tran Nam Hung has just had a working session with the People's Committee of Tra Linh Commune on the socio-economic development situation and the organization and operation of local government at both levels.
At the meeting, after listening to the reports, proposals and recommendations of the commune, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City highly appreciated the synchronous and smooth operation of the two-level government system in Tra Linh, although the locality still has many limitations in facilities and human resources.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City suggested that Tra Linh Commune soon implement the general planning work, develop the 2026 budget according to demand and norms.
At the same time, review and arrange priority routes for projects sent to the Department of Finance for appraisal to include in the public investment portfolio for the period 2026-2030.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Tran Nam Hung emphasized that it is necessary to prioritize the task of building new rural areas, considering this as the most regular, continuous and important work in the coming time; requiring the commune to basically disburse capital for building new rural areas before November 30, 2025.
Regarding economics, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Tran Nam Hung directed the commune to focus on developing a project to develop ginseng and medicinal herbs, allocating forest land to businesses to grow at least 1,000 ginseng seeds, and urgently promoting the industrial cluster associated with National Highway 40B to develop ginseng product processing.
At the same time, the Da Nang Department of Construction was assigned to coordinate with units to survey the Tra Linh - Mang Den tourist route and assigned the Department of Finance to promptly advise on the decentralization of revenue, expenditure and prices related to ginseng to issue.
