Dak Lak sets a target of economic growth of 10% in 2026, digital economy scale accounts for 14% of GRDP

On January 5, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council issued a resolution on the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2026.

Accordingly, GRDP (2010 benchmark price) strives to increase by 10% or more compared to the estimated implementation in 2025.

In which agriculture, forestry, and fishery increased by 5.86%; industry - construction increased by 18.14% (industrial sector increased by 15.25%, construction increased by 23.4%); services increased by 9.6%; product tax minus product subsidies increased by 6.02%.

The GRDP structure at current prices includes: Agriculture, forestry, and fishery 35.48%; industry - construction 20.66%; services 40.24%; product tax (excluding product subsidies) 3.61%.

GRDP per capita reached about 92 million VND/person. Total social investment reached 80,390 billion VND, accounting for about 30% of GRDP. Export turnover reached 2.9 billion USD, an increase of 4.3% compared to 2025; total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached 204,500 billion VND, an increase of 9.7%.

In 2026, the tourism industry is expected to welcome about 8 million visitors; revenue reached 16,000 billion VND, an increase of 17% compared to 2025. Total state budget revenue reached 18,100 billion VND or more, an increase of 10%.

In addition, the irrigation system ensures proactive irrigation for 84.1% of crop areas with irrigation needs; completed and started construction of 3,900 social housing units; newly established 3,200 enterprises (up 8.5% compared to 2025); digital economic scale accounts for 14% of GRDP.
