On April 3, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to rearrange and reorganize the organizational structure of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee received the status quo of the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department and reorganized it into the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade.
According to the decision of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department is an administrative organization, with legal status, its own seal and account; under the direct direction and management of the organization, staffing and operation of the Department of Industry and Trade.
At the same time, the Dak Lak Provincial Market Management Department is subject to the direction, guidance, inspection and examination of professional expertise of the Domestic Market Management and Development Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Regarding the organizational structure at the leadership level, there are department heads and deputy department heads. The number of deputy cap is implemented according to current legal regulations. There are 2 specialized departments after the merger, including the Organization - Finance Department, the Professional - General Department; there are 6 market management teams.
The Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee also reorganized the organizational structure of the Department of Industry and Trade. In which, at the department's leadership level, there are directors and deputy directors (the number of deputy directors is implemented according to current legal regulations).
The Director of the Department is the head of the Department, responsible to the provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the law for the performance of the functions, tasks and powers of the Department.
