Cadres, civil servants and officials at district and commune levels when arranged in positions, leaders and managers at the new commune -level administrative units continue to hold the current leadership position allowance within 6 months from the date of the decision; Then comply with the new government's regulations.
In case the civil servant and professional officials are appointed to hold the position of leadership and management at the new commune administrative unit, temporarily has not applied the leadership allowance level and will be implemented when there is a Government's regulations on such leadership and management position coefficient.
Cadres, civil servants, officials and employees receive salaries from the state budget when working in a new administrative unit, they continue to receive salaries according to their ranks, levels and salary allowances currently enjoyed for 6 months; Then comply with the new government's regulations.
In case cadres, civil servants, officials and employees in the arrangement process have voluntarily retired before their age or quit their jobs, agencies, organizations and units competent to review, evaluate and implement policies and regimes as prescribed by the Government, ensuring to keep people with outstanding capacity, meeting task requirements.
In case cadres and civil servants at district and commune levels do not meet the criteria and conditions to be arranged to take on job positions at the new commune level, the regime and policies according to current regulations of the Government.
Cadres, civil servants, officials, workers, and wages of armed forces in the area of administrative units after arranging continue to enjoy specific regimes and policies applied in region, area or administrative unit as before the arrangement until there is another decision of the competent authority.
In case of changing the name of the post -arrangement administrative unit, use the new name of the administrative unit to continue organizing the implementation of specific regimes and policies.
