On January 14, information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center announced the organization of auctions for the right to rent the Operating House of the International Linkage and Training Center under the University of Agriculture and Forestry - Thai Nguyen University, in order to ensure the management and exploitation of public assets in accordance with legal regulations.
According to Notice No. 05/TB-DGTS, the auctioned asset is the right to rent an operating house for a term of 5 years.
The starting price is determined at 200 million VND/year, equivalent to 1 billion VND for the entire rental period. The price step is 10 million VND per bid.
Organizations and individuals who need to participate in the auction must buy dossiers at a price of 200,000 VND/set and pay a deposit of 50 million VND, equivalent to 5% of the total starting price.
The entire amount of money is deposited into the account of the Asset Auction Service Center of Thai Nguyen province at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Thai Nguyen Branch.
The time to sell and receive registration documents to participate in the auction, as well as deposit money, lasts from 7:30 AM on January 13, 2026 to 5:00 PM on January 27, 2026.
Participants can directly view real assets at the University of Agriculture and Forestry at the same time. The auction is scheduled to take place at 10:00 AM on January 30, 2026 at the headquarters of the Provincial Property Auction Service Center.
The auction form is carried out by indirect voting, according to the up-price method. Each participant is only allowed to bid once, the minimum price offered must be one price step higher than the starting price.
Valid dossiers include registration forms, bidding forms according to forms, relevant legal documents and commitments to use facilities for the right purpose of training and education.
Auction information has been publicly listed at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Property Auction Service Center, local press agencies and on the National Property Auction Portal, to ensure transparency and publicity in the auction organization process.
