On February 3rd, according to PV's investigation, Phu Tho Partnership Auction Company will organize two timber auction sessions at 2:00 PM on February 7th at Phu Tho Ward Cultural House (Nguyen Tat Thanh Street).
The auctions are conducted in the form of indirect voting via post office, the method of raising bids.
The first batch is a mixed wood batch with a total volume of 65.6 m3, including acacia wood (Long nao), xoan latex and Hoa latex, with a starting price of more than 443 million VND.
The second batch is a batch of Long nao wood and Gao tree wood with a total volume of nearly 38 m3, starting price of more than 490 million VND. The wood batches all originated from the recovery, liquidation and maintenance of urban green trees according to the regulations of Phu Tho Ward People's Committee.
The winning bidder must pay taxes, fees and transportation and loading costs according to regulations.
Meanwhile, Lang Son province also implemented many asset auctions according to simplified procedures.
The assets put up for auction include administratively violating goods such as garments of all kinds with starting prices from a few million to more than ten million VND, suitable for individuals and small businesses.
Notably, Lang Son also organized an auction of a batch of materials and supplies recovered from site clearance of works and projects with a starting price of nearly 5.45 billion VND.
This asset lot includes power lines, cables, steel, power poles and electrical industry accessories, with a total volume of nearly 488 tons, attracting the attention of many businesses in the fields of purchasing, recycling and construction.
In general, auctions in Phu Tho and Lang Son are organized publicly, transparently, and in accordance with legal procedures, contributing to accelerating the progress of handling public assets, recovering capital for the budget and creating conditions for organizations and individuals to access legal assets right from the beginning of 2026.
