There are 60 enterprises restricted from trading on the UPCOM exchange. The reason is that the delay in announcing information is more than 45 days compared to the general deadline for audited financial statements in 2021 and there are no remedial measures.
The regulation applies according to Point b, Clause 1, Article 31 and Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Transaction Registration Regulations.
The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) will announce the permission for stocks on the above list to be traded normally after the trading registration organization overcomes the reason for the limitation under the Trading Registration Regulations.
In the list of 60 enterprises, there are no large enterprise names.
Previously, HNX had re-published self-employed transaction data from May 20, 2022 on the Department's electronic information page. The content of the announcement includes Self-trading purchase volume/value; Self-trading sales volume/value; Total volume/velope of self-trading on trading day for securities codes. The announcement time is the end of the daily trading session.
At the same time, HNX has sent an official dispatch requesting the enterprise to explain when the stock price increased the ceiling or decreased the floor for 5 consecutive sessions or more. These are synchronous solutions proposed by the Ministry of Finance and the State Securities Commission to strengthen supervision and ensure the market operates openly and transparently.
