The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh province is seeking opinions to consult on the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the Bach Dang II Industrial Park Infrastructure Business Investment Project of Bach Dang II Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.
The project implementation location is in Sub-area II - Dam Nha Mac South Industrial Park, Lien Hoa ward, Quang Ninh province (belonging to the border of Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone).
The project has a scale of more than 420 ha, of which the land area for industrial production, warehouses, and seaports is 319.63 ha; the land area for administrative and service works is 8.42 ha; the land area for technical infrastructure works is 4.79 ha; the land area for green trees is 42.41 ha; the land area for traffic and parking lots is 45.68 ha.
The industries expected to attract into the IP include high-tech, modern and environmentally friendly industries, such as: manufacturing auto parts and renewable energy equipment; clean and high-tech industries such as electronic components, machinery, electrical equipment...
The project has a total investment capital of more than 4,792 billion VND. Of which, the investor's contributed capital is more than 718 billion VND; mobilized capital is more than 4,073 billion VND.
The operating term of the project is 70 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, lease land or change land use purpose.
Project implementation progress from 2027 to 2031.
The basic construction time and putting the project into operation and exploitation is within 48 months from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, lease land or change land use purpose.
Other conditions for implementing investment projects include: allocating at least 5 hectares of industrial land or at least 3% of the total industrial land area of the industrial park (including factories, offices, warehouses) for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting industrial enterprises, innovative enterprises and other enterprises eligible for priority and support in terms of production and business premises according to the provisions of law to lease land and sublease land according to regulations.
Allocate 20 hectares of industrial park land for hiring and subleasing to high-tech enterprises in the private economic sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, and innovative startups to ensure regulations in Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 dated May 17, 2025 of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development and Resolution No. 139/NQ-CP dated May 17, 2025 promulgating the Government's Plan to implement Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15 dated May 17, 2025 of the National Assembly.
Allocate at least 20% of commercial and service land fund to build worker dormitories in industrial parks.
