For the first time in Vietnam, exported fish not only appeared on international tables but was also included in a new processed product exclusively for domestic consumers - Bento quail sausage of LC Foods.

Bento avocado sausage is a new product of the LC Foods Bento line - developed from fresh fish that meets export standards, marking a new direction of Vietnamese enterprises in raising the value of the domestic food chain.

According to a representative of LC Foods Joint Stock Company, all ingredients for making Bento quail sausages are strictly controlled by the fish farming ecosystem in the Mekong Delta - which supplies the largest output of pangasius and basa to the world market. Using fresh fish fillets to produce Bento eggplant sausages not only creates a competitive advantage but also affirms the commitment to increasing the value of Vietnamese agricultural products in processed products.

The special feature of the LC Foods Bento sausage line is the filling containing stewed eggs - which is only popular in high-end cuisine - cleverly combined in the product core, creating a crunchy and unique texture. According to LC Foods, modern processing technology is an important factor in helping to preserve the texture of quail during the heating process, thereby bringing a different experience compared to traditional sausage lines.
