Dak Lak Businesses - Connecting East-West, promoting agricultural product consumption

Phan Tuấn |

On October 29, the Dak Lak Business Association organized the 7th Business Coffee - Exchange & Connection program.

This is an annual activity, creating space for businesses in the fields of agricultural products, housing and many other industries to share difficulties and give solutions in the current business environment.

Connecting East - West agricultural products

The program opened with the admission ceremony for two new members: Ms. Le Thi Hang - Director of Le Hang Gifts and Tourism Company Limited (Tuy Hoa Ward), and Mr. Nguyen Van Men - Director of Trung Em Legend Company Limited (Buon Ma Thuot Ward).

Enterprises from Tuy Hoa ward have introduced many typical products of the eastern province such as tuna, traditional fish sauce, sun beef...

Ms. Le Thi Hang said: "Our products not only create jobs but also contribute to the consumption of agricultural products for people, thereby helping to increase income from clean and clear raw materials".

Immediately after the admission ceremony, the two enterprises, Le Hang Gifts and Tourism Company Limited and Bazan Do Production, Trade & Service Company Limited, signed a cooperation agreement to promote the consumption of local agricultural products.

Ms. Hang shared that the merger of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces has opened up new cooperation opportunities, helping coastal products easily connect with agricultural products in the Western province and vice versa.

Mr. Le Trung Kien - Director of Bazan Do Production, Trade and Service Company Limited - commented: "This cooperation not only creates a new consumption channel but also contributes to promoting the brand, enhancing the value of local typical agricultural products".

Need more voice to give advice from businesses

Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Business Association - said that in the context of many economic challenges, businesses need to proactively share difficulties, experiences and make policy recommendations to local authorities.

Connecting and sharing will help form a network of mutual support, creating a strong community, Mr. Tuan emphasized.

He also called on members to actively contribute opinions to improve the effectiveness of the local government apparatus in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo. Proposals and proposals from the grassroots will be compiled by the Association and sent to competent authorities to ensure that the voice of businesses is listened to.

In the field of food safety, Mr. Tuan suggested that production and business establishments need to be trained and granted practice certificates to ensure hygiene and product quality.

These are just starting ideas, and I hope that members will continue to make specific contributions so that the Association has a basis to submit to the province for consideration. This will contribute to promoting a healthy and sustainable business environment, said Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan.
