On October 29, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union had just held its 1st Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress was attended by 100 delegates, representing more than 6,000 union members of 85 grassroots unions of Tuy An Bac commune.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the congress evaluated the results of activities in the past time and proposed directions for the new term.
In particular, emphasizing the task of building a strong and comprehensive organization, promoting the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers.
In her speech, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, praised the spirit of solidarity and proactiveness of the Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union.
Ms. Huyen emphasized: "The Provincial Labor Federation believes that the Executive Committee of the first term will continue to innovate, be creative, and excellently complete its tasks, contributing to the increasing development of the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers in Tuy An Bac commune."
At the congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and leadership positions of the Tuy An Bac Commune Trade Union, term I, including 7 personnel.
Mr. Tran Truong Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Bac commune, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 2 "Union Shelter" symbols to 2 union members in difficult circumstances in the commune.
