On June 17, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that through patrol and control work, at 1:30 PM on June 16, at Km 270 + 500 National Highway 1A in Nam Hoa Lu ward, the Task Force of Tam Diep Traffic Police Station under the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police patrolled and controlled, discovered a car with license plate 35A-388. xx showing suspicious signs, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection according to regulations.
During the inspection, the vehicle driver declared his name as Ly Van Tuong (born in 1980, residing in Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province). Checking the vehicle, the Task Force discovered 2 sacks of goods containing 33 pairs of shoes without invoices or documents proving their origin, violating intellectual property regulations, worth about 45 million VND.
Currently, the Task Force has made a record of the incident and handed it over to Market Management Team No. 3 under the Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Sub-Department to continue investigating, verifying, and clarifying to resolve according to the provisions of law.
