From special incentives... to tireless footsteps in the flood center
Immediately after storms No. 10 and 11 as well as the recent storm No. 13 caused heavy damage, FE CREDIT immediately activated the "quick response" mode, implementing special incentive programs exclusively for customers in flooded areas in provinces that suffered heavy damage in the Northern and Central regions. After a short time of urgent coordination, special support packages were applied: incentives of up to 50% interest rate reduction for customers residing in Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Hue, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak and Gia Lai provinces without needing to prove actual damage; preferential loan interest rate program for motorbikes from only 0.5%.
For many FE CREDIT employees in the North and Central regions, the days after the recent floods are a long journey between dilapidated houses, landslides and worried conversations of the people.
Thanks to that perseverance, thousands of customers in the flood-affected areas have accessed timely preferential capital. It is not just a loan, but a financial support, an arm that lifts them up.
Imprints of the 15-year journey: When consumer finance is associated with community responsibility
The series of support policies for customers in flooded areas is a continuation of the long journey "Sticking up for the community, realizing dreams" that FE CREDIT has been steadfastly pursuing for the past 15 years. Recently, FE CREDIT has coordinated with prestigious press agencies to implement many humanitarian and practical activities to support people in the Central and Northern regions to overcome floods such as awarding scholarships, giving teaching equipment, rice support, etc.

FE CREDIT wishes to become a fulcrum for customers as well as the community to quickly overcome the difficult period, gradually stabilize their lives and sustainably restore livelihoods.
Not only stopping at natural disasters, FE CREDIT also persistently accompanies disadvantaged children with hundreds of scholarships. At the same time, there are social security care programs such as giving Tet gifts; building charity houses for households in difficult circumstances, victims of Agent Orange; donating blood to humanitarian organizations... to hundreds of clean water tanks for drought-affected areas in the Mekong Delta. In just two years 2024 - 2025, FE CREDIT has spent more than 2.1 billion VND to support disadvantaged communities, thereby spreading humanistic values to millions of customers and the community.
