With the message of turning time into meaningful gifts, VinaPhone offers customers 1,000 VinaPhone Plus points and 1GB of high-speed data for each year of continuous mobile service use. Accordingly, customers who have accompanied VinaPhone for 30 years can receive up to 30,000 points and 30GB of data.
In particular, for the first time, VinaPhone applies GenAI technology in customer care activities. Through the My VNPT application, customers can create personalized AI cards recording their journey accompanying VinaPhone, including service usage time and received incentives. These cards can be shared on social networks as a way to preserve memories and spread the story of attachment to the network operator.

From June 15 to August 13, 2026, VinaPhone launches the "30 Years of Gratitude Wheel" program on the My VNPT application with millions of gifts for customers. Gifts include VinaPhone Plus points, high-speed data, e-voucher service and many high-end experiences such as using business lounges at the airport or upgrading to Diamond membership for one year. Customers can participate in the wheel directly on the My VNPT application, with the number of spins determined based on mobile service usage time.
