Retail gas prices by region
Recorded at 11:25 am on May 8, the domestic gas market nationwide continued to maintain a stable state as key enterprises have not implemented a new price adjustment phase.
In the North, the Hanoi market remained unchanged in today's trading session. The price of 12kg gas cylinders is currently listed at 598,104 VND, while the 48kg industrial cylinder line is maintained at 2,392.416 VND.
Following the trend, consumers in Hai Phong continue to buy household gas at a price of about 596.160 VND for a 12kg cylinder and 2,428.704 VND for a 48kg cylinder.
In the Central region, the Da Nang market has not recorded new fluctuations. The exchange price for 12kg gas cylinders is currently maintained at 587,000 VND, while 48kg cylinders continue to be maintained around the 2,263,000 VND mark.
In the South, the Ho Chi Minh City market also maintains a stable state. The current price of a 12kg gas cylinder is 592,000 VND, while a 48kg cylinder is sold for about 2,364,000 VND.
Notably, Can Tho continues to be the locality with the lowest price level in the country. Currently, the price of 12kg gas cylinders here is maintained around 550,000 VND, while 48kg cylinders are at around 2,200,000 VND.
The fact that businesses simultaneously maintain the price list is helping the civil energy market maintain stability in the context that world fuel prices have not seen too much fluctuation.

In Hanoi, Petrolimex's gas price today continues to be kept unchanged at 598.104 VND for 12kg domestic cylinders and 2,392.416 VND for 48kg industrial cylinders. After the adjustments at the beginning of the month, the price level of businesses has now stabilized and no new fluctuations have appeared.
Meanwhile, SAIGON PETRO also maintains the selling price unchanged. Currently, the 12kg gas cylinder of this brand is listed at 654,500 VND, while the 45kg cylinder remains unchanged at 2,455,000 VND.
In the retail agent system, Pacific Petro continues to maintain the exchange price for 12kg gas cylinders at 677,000 VND. 45kg cylinders are currently sold for 2,509,000 VND.
For PV GAS, the enterprise continues to maintain a stable price level in two major markets. In Hanoi, the current price of 12kg gas cylinders is 610,600 VND and 45kg cylinders are 2,289,750 VND. In Ho Chi Minh City, the selling price is listed at 66,781 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,501,509 VND for 45kg cylinders respectively.
The fact that major brands simultaneously maintain the same selling price is helping the civil energy market maintain a stable state, while supporting consumers to easily and proactively spend in the current period.
