Gia Lai - Projects that have been established, approved and found investors need to accelerate the collection of land rent and land use fees.

On April 30, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee said that in the second quarter of 2026, the province assigned tasks to units to accelerate the progress of collecting land rent and land use fees to ensure budget revenue.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center must ensure the completion of the target of collecting land use fees of 4,787 billion VND, and land rent of 1,174 billion VND.

The Provincial Economic Zones Authority ensures the completion of the target of collecting land use fees of 2,148 billion VND, and land rent of 2,972 billion VND.

In 2026, Gia Lai called for and attracted a series of investment projects in business, services, and construction, thereby creating a stable source of revenue to increase state budget contributions.

The government requests to soon determine specific land prices to calculate land use fees and land rent for projects that have met the conditions such as: Nguyen Trong Tri commercial apartment complex (Quy Nhon Dong ward); hotel and complex shopping center project (Pleiku ward); commercial, service and housing complex No. 15-17 Truong Chinh street (Pleiku ward)...

For projects such as CK54 Urban Area with a total investment of trillions of VND, specialized agencies need to soon determine the starting price and auction plan for implementation.

Phu Hoa Lake urban - tourism - cultural - sports area project; international sea resort tourist urban area project when finding an investor, specialized agencies need to determine land prices for investors to fulfill financial obligations to the State.

Budget revenue is both an assigned target and task, and a resource for reinvesting in key projects serving economic development.
