On April 28, Kien Hung Commune People's Committee coordinated with Agribank Kien Thuy Branch to organize the payment of compensation and support for the implementation of the Tan Trao Industrial Cluster technical infrastructure construction and business management investment project (phase 1).
Accordingly, 179 households in Ngoc Tinh village received compensation and support with a total budget of more than 64 billion VND. Payment work was implemented publicly, transparently, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people. Timely payment contributed to creating consensus among the people, accelerating site clearance progress, soon putting the project into implementation, and promoting local socio-economic development.
The project to invest in building technical infrastructure and business management of Tan Trao Industrial Cluster is implemented in Kien Hung commune with a total recovered land area of 49.97 ha of 570 households. The total investment capital of the project is more than 680 billion VND. The project's objective is to build a synchronous technical infrastructure system, connecting with projects being implemented in the area, complying with approved plans, complying with Vietnamese Construction Standards and specialized design standards.
