The value of online shopping is estimated at 600 USD/person/year, with e-commerce sales expected to reach 35 billion USD, accounting for 10% of total retail sales of consumer goods and services nationwide.

Sometimes the order is successful but it says it's out of stock, or there's a delay in refunding money due to defective goods."
