Recording retail gasoline and oil prices on May 13, Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) has just announced the deployment of retail prices for E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline throughout the distribution system from 0:00 on May 13, 2026:
According to Petrolimex, the new price takes effect from 0:00 on May 13 and is applied synchronously at the entire system of gas stations nationwide, including stores directly under Petrolimex, agents, general agents and points of sale in the form of franchising.
The business said that E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline will be distributed in two price zones including zone 1 and zone 2. In which, zone 1 applies in areas near ports, wholesale warehouses and gasoline and oil production facilities, and zone 2 applies to areas far from the supply center according to the provisions of Decree 95/2021/ND-CP.
According to the current operating mechanism, directors of member petroleum companies Petrolimex are entitled to decide the actual selling price in each business area but are not allowed to exceed the ceiling price of region 2 announced by the group.
Along with the deployment of new bio-gasoline, Petrolimex continues to maintain the retail gasoline and oil price level according to the latest price schedule applied according to the adjustment level from the 7.5 operating period of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance:
Accordingly, RON 95-V unleaded gasoline is currently sold at 25,250 VND/liter in region 1 and 25,750 VND/liter in region 2. This continues to be the most expensive item in the popular gasoline group on the market.
Meanwhile, RON 95-III gasoline is listed at 24,350 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,830 VND/liter in region 2. E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline is currently priced at 23,730 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,200 VND/liter in region 2.
For E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline, Petrolimex is selling at 23,790 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,260 VND/liter in region 2.
In the oil group, diesel oil 0.001S-V is currently listed at 28,750 VND/liter in region 1 and 29,320 VND/liter in region 2. Diesel oil 0.05S-II is sold at 27,490 VND/liter in region 1 and 28,030 VND/liter in region 2.
Kerosene 2-K is currently at 30,450 VND/liter in region 1 and 31,050 VND/liter in region 2.
For the mazut group, Petrolimex listed mazut N02B (3.5S) at 21,170 VND/kg in region 1 and 21,590 VND/kg in region 2. Mazut 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) currently has a price of 24,130 VND/kg in region 1 and 24,610 VND/kg in region 2.
Petrolimex said that gasoline and oil selling price decision No. 363/PLX-QD-TGĐ dated May 12, 2026 has been sent to member units and reported to the Government Office, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Finance according to regulations.
The deployment of E10 RON 95-V biofuel is considered a new step in the roadmap to promote the use of biofuels, contributing to reducing emissions and diversifying fuel supply in the domestic market.
E10 gasoline has a higher ethanol content than current E5 gasoline, thereby helping to reduce emissions into the environment and supporting the trend of green energy transition in the transportation sector.
According to records, the domestic gasoline and oil price level is still heavily affected by fluctuations in world oil prices, especially in the context that the global energy market continues to closely monitor geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and the prospects of crude oil supply in the coming time.
