Retail gasoline and oil prices at the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) system today (April 29) continue to be maintained according to the adjustment level from 3:00 PM on April 23, 2026 and no new changes have been recorded compared to the most recent operating period.
In region 1, the price of RON 95-V gasoline is currently at 23,820 VND/liter; RON 95-III gasoline is 22,880 VND/liter; E10 RON 95-III gasoline is 22,360 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II gasoline is kept at 21,830 VND/liter.
In the oil group, diesel 0.001S-V is currently at 27,950 VND/liter; diesel 0.05S-II is 26,690 VND/liter and kerosene 2-K is at 32,100 VND/liter.
In region 2, the price of RON 95-V gasoline is 24,290 VND/liter; RON 95-III is 23,330 VND/liter; E10 RON 95-III is 22,800 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II is 22,260 VND/liter.
Diesel oil price 0.001S-V in region 2 is currently at 28,500 VND/liter; diesel 0.05S-II is 27,220 VND/liter; kerosene 2-K is at 32,740 VND/liter.
Petrolimex's gasoline and oil prices announced in the adjustment period on April 23 are applied to the entire distribution system of Petrolimex in Vietnam, including gasoline and oil stores under Petrolimex, agent stores, general agents and stores that receive retail rights in the form of franchising.
For areas far from ports, far from headwork warehouses, far from petroleum production facilities (region 2) according to the provisions of Decree 95/2021/ND-CP, Directors of member petroleum companies Petrolimex are entitled to decide the actual selling price in the business area but not exceeding the ceiling price of region 2 announced by the Group.
This price adjustment is made based on the diễn biến of world finished petroleum prices in the price calculation cycle, in accordance with the principles of price determination in Decree 80/2023/ND-CP amending Decree 95/2021/ND-CP and Decree 83/2014/ND-CP on petroleum business, and operating documents of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
At the same time, tax policies in the operating period continue to be implemented according to the resolutions of the National Assembly and the Government on reducing value-added tax and adjusting environmental protection tax on gasoline and oil in 2026 to contribute to stabilizing the domestic price level.
Decision No. 284/PLX-QD-TGĐ on April 23, 2026 on gasoline and oil selling prices has been sent by Petrolimex to member units and reported to the Government Office, Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Ministry of Finance according to regulations.
