Global Oil Prices Today
Oil Price in the world rose sharply in today's trading session, August 10 (Vietnam time). Crude oil WTI stood at $76.98 per barrel, up $0.97 per barrel, equivalent to a 1.04% increase. Crude oil WTI closed the previous trading session at $76.19 per barrel and opened today's session at $76.00 per barrel.
Crude oil Brent stood at $79.47 per barrel, up $0.31 per barrel, equivalent to a 0.39% increase. Crude oil Brent closed the previous trading session at $79.16 per barrel and opened today's session at $79.00 per barrel.
According to analysts, oil prices have risen again after data showed that US crude oil inventories have decreased significantly more than expected.
Domestic Oil Prices Today
On August 10, the retail price of oil according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in region 1 and region 2 (46 provinces and cities currently applying) is as follows:
The above-mentioned retail price of oil in the country has been adjusted by the joint Ministry of Finance - Ministry of Industry and Trade at the price adjustment session on August 8. Accordingly, RON 95-III gasoline decreased the most, by 930 dong/liter, followed by E5 RON 92 gasoline, which decreased by 901 dong/liter. The price of mazut oil decreased by 858 dong/kg, diesel oil decreased by 737 dong/liter, and gasoline decreased by 684 dong/liter. This is the fifth consecutive decrease in domestic oil prices.

Pvoil applies the following discount prices on August 10: Discount on diesel oil 1,350 dong/liter; RON 95-III gasoline: 1,100 dong/liter; E5 gasoline: 850 dong/liter. This discount price is applied at Pvoil's Đình Vũ warehouse, Petec An Hải warehouse, and Cái Lân warehouse.
Xăng dầu Tự Lực's discount prices on August 10 are as follows: Discount on diesel oil: 1,300 dong/liter; RON 95-III gasoline: 1,050 dong/liter; E5 gasoline: 800 dong/liter.
