World gasoline price today
World gasoline prices today continue to increase. At 10h33 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil at 72.48 USD/barrel, an increase of 0.16 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.22%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session for 72.32 USD/barrel, opened today for 72.48 USD/barrel.
Brent oil is at 76.08 USD/barrel, an increase of 0.21 USD/barrel, equivalent to 0.28%. Brent oil closed the previous session for $ 75.87/barrel and opened today with 75.97 USD/barrel.
Thus, the world gasoline price session at the beginning of the week increased sharply. Brent and WTI oil increased by 1.6% and 1.9% respectively, the rising momentum continued to maintain this morning.
Reuters reported that US President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive decree about tariffs, a move that can increase the risk of trade war on many fronts.
China's retaliation tariffs on some officials exported from the US were officially effective since October 10, in the context of showing signs of progress in negotiations between Beijing and Washington. Petroleum businesses are looking for exemption from Beijing for importing crude oil and natural liquefied gas from the United States. Analysts are concerned that these tax rates may inhibit global economic growth and affect energy needs.
Meanwhile, sanctions against Iran and Russia are tightening the supply in the market. The rising natural gas price also contributes to pushing oil prices when promoting the demand for alternative fuels with lower costs.

The domestic retail price of petrol and oil has been adjusted by the Ministry of Finance and Industry and Trade at the afternoon operating period 6.2.2025. Accordingly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by 51 VND/liter, RON 95-III gasoline price decreased by 74 VND/liter, diesel oil fell 192 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 25 VND/liter, mazut oil fell by 148 VND/kg.

According to a representative of a petrol and oil business, the domestic petroleum price will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to the current market development, forecasting in the next period of operating the price, petrol prices may adjust the opposite direction in the direction of increasing gasoline prices and decreasing oil. In particular, the price of gasoline will increase slightly about 10-30 dong/liter; Oil decreased by 100-200 VND/liter.
