World oil price today
World oil prices today increased simultaneously. At 11:39 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil was at 67.84 USD/barrel, up 0.30 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.44%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 67.54 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 67.57 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 69.86 USD/barrel, up 0.34 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.49%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 69.52 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 69.59 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices are on the rise. At the end of yesterday's trading session (September 17), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 1.75% and 1.46%, respectively. By this morning's session, both oil products continued to increase.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On July 18, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil has been adjusted according to the price of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade since 3:00 p.m. on July 17.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 178 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 165 VND/liter; diesel price decreased by 38 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 58 VND/liter; mazut price decreased by 85 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may have opposite adjustments in the direction of decreasing gasoline prices and slightly increasing oil prices.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 100 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 90 VND/liter; Diesel increases by about 30 VND/liter.
