World oil price today
World oil prices today turned down after a strong increase the previous session. At the end of yesterday's trading session (November 18), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 1.25% and 0.98%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products had turned to decrease. At 10:37 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 60.52 USD/barrel, down 0.15 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.25%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 60.67 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 60.51 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 64.74 USD/barrel, down 0.15 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.23%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 84.89 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 64.79 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices fluctuated strongly due to the reaction to Western sanctions against Russia and the monitoring of new monetary policy signals from US President Donald Trump.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On November 19, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 13.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price increased by 162 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 160 VND/liter, diesel increased by 541 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 540 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 246 VND/kg.

+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,300 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,100 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,500 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter.
- Tu Luc Petroleum:
+ Hai Linh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,450 VND/liter;

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may fluctuate slightly in the direction of increasing gasoline prices and decreasing oil prices.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 50 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 30 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 130 VND/liter.
