World oil price today
World oil prices are on the decline. At the end of yesterday's trading session (November 17), WTI and Brent oil prices decreased by 0.57% and 0.54%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products continued to decline. At 11:45 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 69.43 USD/barrel, down 0.43 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.72%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 69.36 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 69.68 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 63.77 USD/barrel, down 0.43 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.67%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 64.20 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 64.00 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices fell after Russia resumed oil transportation activities at the port of Novorossiysk in the Black Sea. However, this pressure did not last long, as other risk factors were still present.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On November 18, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 13.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price increased by 162 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 160 VND/liter, diesel increased by 541 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 540 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 246 VND/kg.

+ Petec warehouse, Dinh Vu: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,400 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,200 VND/liter.
+ Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,550 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,200 VND/liter.
+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,400 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,050 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,600 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter.
- Tu Luc Petroleum:
+ Hai Linh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,550 VND/liter;
+ Dinh Vu, Petec warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,500 VND/liter; Diesel 0.001S-V: 1,400 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter; E5 gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter.

+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,150 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may fluctuate slightly in the direction of increasing gasoline prices and decreasing oil prices.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 90 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 70 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 200 VND/liter.
