    Khanh Hoa - Due to accounting errors, a citizen's tax obligation, even after completing the payment, still displays the tax debt on the Etax Mobile application.

    In September 2026, Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan - Head of Tax Department 2 of Khanh Hoa province issued a document responding to the petition of Mr. L.N. P (resident of Cam Lam commune) regarding the Etax Mobile application still displaying tax debt.

    Previously, Mr. L.N. P reflected through the Khanh Hoa Provincial Electronic Information Portal that his land-related tax obligations had been fulfilled, but the debt was still shown on the Etax Mobile application.

    According to reports, in September 2025, Mr. L.N. P changed the land use purpose of agricultural land to residential land in Cam Lam.

    Mr. L.N. P said that he has completed tax obligations with an amount of more than 1090 million VND.

    However, after completing the payment, the Etax Mobile system still recorded that Mr. L.N. P still owed taxes.

    Receiving citizens' feedback, the Tax Base 2 of Khanh Hoa province said that it had carried out voucher accounting for Mr. L.N. P's tax obligations due to accounting errors.

    The tax authority requests Mr. P to re-examine his tax obligations on the Etax Mobile application. In case there are still problems, citizens are requested to contact the Tax Base 2 of Khanh Hoa province for support.
