Specifically, at the time of inspection at 9:00 am on January 30, the inspection team discovered that the household business of grocery store N.H 17 (address: LK13, Lot 7, service 2 Van Phu, Kien Hung ward) was committing the violation: Place selling frozen food with ants entering.
Behavior 2: Violating the provisions of law on conditions to ensure food safety in food preservation (food goods such as: cooking oil, soft drinks, cakes, candies are placed on the floor).

Business household V.X. N 1983 (address No. 16 Van La street, Kien Hung ward) was also fined 2 million VND for similar acts.
Kien Hung Ward People's Committee requests the above-mentioned business households to strictly comply with the Sanction Decision.
If the deadline is exceeded and they do not voluntarily comply, they will be subject to enforcement according to the provisions of law, and for each delayed day of late payment of the fine, the violating individual must pay an additional 0.05% calculated on the total amount of unpaid fine.
