Lang Ward People's Committee has just publicly announced the list of establishments sanctioned for administrative violations in the field of Food Safety in Lang Ward, updated from January 1, 2026 to January 27, 2026.
Accordingly, on January 22, Lang Ward People's Committee issued Decision 15/QD-XPHC sanctioning administrative violations of food safety against La Boong milk tea and drinking service business establishment; the business location violated at P101 B1 TT Nam Thanh Cong, Lang Ward, Hanoi City.
This facility was fined by Lang Ward People's Committee for not having hygienic waste storage tools, with a fine of 4 million VND.
On January 22, Lang Ward People's Committee also issued Decision No. 14/QD-XPHC on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of food safety against Pho Hao food service business establishment (address No. 102 C10, Nguyen Hong collective, Lang Ward, Hanoi City).
According to the decision, this facility violated regulations on conditions to ensure food safety when the wastewater drainage ditch in the kitchen area was stagnant, not covered, posing a potential risk of unsanitary conditions and affecting consumer health.
For the above violations, Pho Hao was administratively fined 4 million VND according to current regulations.
Lang Ward People's Committee has also issued Decision No. 13/QD-XPHC dated January 20, 2026 on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of food safety for Lao Dai I pot-burning rice business household (address No. 50 Nguyen Hong, Lang Ward, Hanoi City).
According to the decision, this facility violates regulations on conditions to ensure food safety when the processing area allows harmful insects to enter, potentially causing unsanitary risks and affecting consumer health.
For the above-mentioned violations, the business household of Com Bat Tho Lao Dai I was administratively fined 4 million VND according to regulations.
On January 16, the People's Committee of Lang ward issued Decision No. 12/QD-XPHC sanctioning administrative violations against the business household of crispy grass vermicelli soup of Ms. Huong Beo - Chua Lang (address No. 61 Chua Lang, Lang ward, Hanoi city).
According to the decision, this establishment violated regulations on food safety assurance conditions when it did not have separate preservation tools for fresh and processed food, posing a risk of cross-contamination, affecting consumer health.
With the above violations, the business household was administratively fined 4 million VND according to current regulations.
