On August 12, the Hung Yen Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association coordinated to organize the Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2026 (VPSF 2026) - Hung Yen Provincial Local Dialogue Round with the theme: "Vietnam Private Sector: Institutional Breakthrough - Public-Private Partnership".
The forum focused on identifying bottlenecks in production and business, and at the same time exchanged and proposed solutions to create momentum for the development of the private economic sector.
VPSF 2026 - Hung Yen Provincial Local Dialogue Round includes 2 contents: Presentations by economic experts and entrepreneurs and seminars, open dialogues, direct exchanges with the participation of Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy, leaders of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and economic experts.
Speaking at the forum, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Standing Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee said that this is a real dialogue space for the government and businesses to jointly identify outstanding issues, thereby finding solutions to promote growth.
According to Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, to aim for double-digit growth in this term and the next period, Hung Yen needs to promote the role of the private economy, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, develop the business ecosystem and strengthen links with large corporations and FDI enterprises.

At the forum, delegates focused on discussing and proposing many solutions to remove bottlenecks and create new momentum for the private economic sector.
Many businesses proposed to strengthen support for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve technology capacity, management and quality standards to participate more deeply in the supply chain of large corporations; and at the same time promote links and cooperation between domestic enterprises.
Delegates also proposed to promote trade promotion, connect supply and demand, build a business database to expand the market; support digital transformation, apply AI, ESG, reduce compliance costs and increase access to green capital.
FDI enterprises proposed that the province continue to stabilize policies and shorten procedures related to investment, land, environment and construction.
In addition, many opinions suggested that the province remove land obstacles, soon announce planning, accelerate site clearance, connecting transport projects, complete infrastructure for industrial zones and clusters, create conditions to expand production, factories and promote exports.
