On September 12, in Thai Ninh commune, Hung Yen province, the groundbreaking ceremony of the investment project for construction and business of infrastructure of Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-3) took place. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony was Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
The Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-3) project was approved for investment policy by the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee with an area of 234ha, total investment capital of 2,400 billion VND.
The project is located in the Economic Zone, with a convenient connection position with major provinces and cities in the region through the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway (CT. 08), the coastal road Quang Ninh - Thanh Hoa and the main roads connecting Hung Yen with Hanoi, Bac Ninh.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Le Huy - Standing Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the province's main viewpoint is to develop Hung Yen quickly and sustainably, on the basis of effectively exploiting potential, advantages, geographical location, regional linkages and economic corridors and belts. The province identifies modern industrial development as the main focus, civilized urban areas as the center, and sustainable marine economy as the main force; towards building Hung Yen into a modern industrial - service center, green, smart urban area and a dynamic development hub of the Red River Delta region.
Hung Yen province's plan for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050, plans to develop 66 concentrated industrial parks; including Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-3) in the southern economic region and coastal region.
Standing Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the investor's choice when deciding to invest in the project in the Economic Zone; acknowledged the efforts of the investor and the active, timely, and effective companionship and support of departments, branches, Thai Ninh Commune People's Committee and relevant agencies and units in the process of preparing and implementing project procedures.
Also within the framework of this event, a signing ceremony of the Investment Cooperation Agreement between the Korean Union of Kitchen Machinery and Equipment Industry (KBIZ) and Green i-Park Thai Binh Co., Ltd. took place. In addition, Green i-Park Joint Stock Company and Thai Binh University held a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation to implement the scientific research topic "Research and propose solutions to connect Government - University - Enterprise in training high-quality human resources to serve the economic zone and industrial park of Hung Yen province today".
