A series of large-scale industrial parks are being deployed
On September 12, Hung Yen province simultaneously started construction of many industrial park and cluster projects. Projects are being implemented in many areas, including Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-3); Industrial Park No. 10; Industrial Park No. 15, Nguyen Trai; Tho Hoang Industrial Park and Lac Dao Industrial Cluster; Da Loc Industrial Cluster.
Among the started projects, the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tho Hoang Industrial Park in Xuan Truc and An Thi communes has a scale of 250ha, with a total investment of about 4,500 billion VND, invested by An Thi Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
After completion, the project will provide a synchronous technical infrastructure system along with industrial land plots to serve production and business activities; create jobs for local workers and contribute to promoting socio-economic development.

Lac Dao industrial cluster with an area of about 42.5 ha, located in Nhu Quynh and Lac Dao communes, oriented to attract light industry, multi-industry industry and projects that do not cause environmental pollution. Immediately after being established, the investor urgently deployed investment procedures to build technical infrastructure according to regulations.
Meanwhile, Industrial Park No. 10 - Hung Yen in An Thi commune is invested by Quang Vinh Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd., with a total area of 199.62ha, with an investment capital of nearly 3,000 billion VND. The project has a convenient location, directly connected to important traffic axes, especially the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway.
Industrial Park No. 10 is oriented to develop according to the high-tech industrial park model, prioritizing attracting technology investment projects, innovative startups, research and development.
When put into operation, the project is expected to create more jobs, contribute to the budget, promote economic restructuring and create new growth momentum for An Thi commune in particular and Hung Yen province in general.
Industry continues to be a driving force for growth
In fact, Hung Yen province's industry is maintaining positive growth momentum. According to Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee, the industrial production index (IIP) in August increased by 0.83% compared to July. In general, in 8 months of 2026, IIP increased by 15.78% compared to the same period. In which, processing and manufacturing industry increased by 16.45%; mining increased by 0.55%; electricity production and distribution increased by 8.57%; water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment increased by 16.86%.
In 8 months, Hung Yen established 3 new industrial parks including Tan Dan, No. 8 and No. 10 and 4 industrial clusters; adjusted the content of the Decision to establish 21 industrial clusters. The province also continues to promote zoning planning in the Economic Zone, and at the same time absorbs and completes the Project on establishing a Free Economic Zone according to the direction of the Central Government and the province.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the whole province currently plans 115 industrial clusters with a total area of about 7,319.76ha. In the first 7 months of 2026, the province established 4 more industrial clusters, bringing the total number to 86 industrial clusters with an area of about 4,668.38ha.
To date, 80/86 industrial clusters have been approved for detailed planning or zoning planning. 19 industrial clusters have completed site clearance, 45 industrial clusters are being implemented and 22 industrial clusters are carrying out procedures to prepare for site clearance.
In the first 7 months of the year, the land clearance area reached 550.55ha, equal to 91.8% of the plan; the area of technical infrastructure construction reached 330ha, exceeding 10% of the plan, raising the total area of infrastructure invested to 1,573.81ha.
Regarding investment attraction, to date, 49 industrial clusters have received 548 secondary investment projects, including 461 domestic projects and 87 FDI projects, with a total registered capital of 49,839.4 billion VND and 1,547.9 million USD.
The simultaneous implementation of industrial park and cluster projects is expected to continue to expand production space, attract investment and create more growth momentum for Hung Yen in the new period.
