Guiding business households to pay taxes on the eTax Mobile application

Below are instructions for business households to pay taxes on the eTax Mobile application in 2026.

To perform the features on the eTax Mobile application, business households need to download the application to their phone via the App Store (for iOS operating system) or CH Play (for Android operating system). Enter the search keyword "eTax Mobile" and download it.

To carry out tax payment on the eTax Mobile application, business households follow the following steps:

Step 1: Log in to the system

Step 2: Select "Pay Tax" and select the tab "All

Step 3: Look up according to the tax code of the business household/store

Step 4: Select "Pay all" to pay all taxes or select "Pay taxes" to pay each corresponding amount.

Step 5: Select "Create payment slip" and "Choose payment method" to make the payment.

Business households can choose 2 payment methods, payment via bank or payment using QR code. The eTax Mobile application has the function of creating QR codes for each document. This function supports taxpayers to share QR codes to ask others to pay instead.

Step 6: Payment

* Payment via bank

- Select "Pay through bank account

- Select the bank that has linked the account, press "Continue". If you have not linked, the system supports linking the account right on the tax payment screen.

- The system displays the payment documents of the business household.

- Select "Pay taxes and make payments", after payment, the successful payment interface is displayed.

* Payment using QR code

- Select "Create QR Code for payment slip".

- Select "Continue", the display system creates a QR code for each document.

- Press "Create QR Code" to display the QR screen with payment information including (Payer name, MST, Reference number, Money) respectively.

- Store to pay taxes in the payment application or share QR codes for others to pay instead.
