According to Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - Chairman of the Inter-Pacific Group (IPPG), this strategic cooperation agreement was signed on November 5 to promote the partnership between IPPG and CDFG, develop business, explore new opportunities and enhance tourism exchanges between Vietnam and China.
This is an important step in expanding cooperation in the field of tourism retail and contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position in the eyes of international investors.
IPPG, a pioneer in investment and development of duty-free retail in Vietnam, has more than 1,000 retail stores and partners with 138 famous brands. IPPG not only expands its network of stores across Vietnam but also strongly develops duty-free store chains at border gates, inner cities and airports.
Meanwhile, CDFG - one of the world's largest duty-free retail groups, owns more than 200 duty-free stores in China and many other countries and is a partner of more than 1,200 famous global brands.
Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen said that with the growth of the tourism industry, Vietnam is becoming an ideal destination for aviation retail trade. The cooperation agreement with CDFG will contribute to creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of Vietnam's tourism trade in the future.
