The Chairman of the People's Council of Ca Mau province said that in order to further promote the potential and advantages of the Cua industry, Ca Mau province has been implementing many sustainable development strategic orientations.
Specifically, building and perfecting the value chain of seaweed production, from breeds, farming, processing, preservation processes, to promotion and consumption, towards international, organic, GlobalGAP, VietGAP standards.

Promote the application of science and technology, innovation, promote research on new varieties, crab models (Friendly Crab) and solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
In addition, developing eco-tourism associated with Ca Mau crab products, forming unique sightseeing - experience - culinary tours, contributing to spreading the "Ca Mau seaweed" brand to domestic and foreign tourists; especially expanding international cooperation, inviting strategic investors and large enterprises to participate in investing in deep processing, logistics, and e-commerce in the seafood sector.
