The Department of Home Affairs coordinates training to improve the quality of human resources and management skills; closely monitors the labor situation to promptly handle disputes, wage arrears, and spontaneous strikes.
Tax authorities strengthen risk management, build early warning systems for violations of electronic invoices, and strictly handle prolonged tax debts. Provincial Social Insurance reviews businesses owing insurance, and coordinates to handle cases of dissolution that have not fulfilled social security obligations.
At the grassroots level, local authorities coordinate to grasp the situation, detect businesses that do not operate at the registered address, and at the same time mobilize business households that meet the conditions to convert into enterprises.
In the first quarter of 2026, Khanh Hoa had 714 newly registered enterprises, an increase of 66.43% compared to the same period last year; total registered capital reached 4,954.7 billion VND, a decrease of 8.43%.
As of March 19, the whole province had 466 businesses returning to operation, down 20.88%; 1,260 businesses registered to temporarily suspend operations, down 0.24%; while 168 businesses dissolved, an increase of 43.59% compared to the same period.
