On January 16, information from VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park said that in 2025, businesses in this industrial park need to recruit 42,300 workers.

Of which, it is necessary to recruit over 36,000 unskilled workers and over 4,000 trained workers, focusing mainly on industries such as: electricity, electronics, optics, machine manufacturing, and garment.

According to the enterprises, workers are required to be diligent, hard-working, and quick to grasp the job. Enterprises also sign labor contracts in accordance with regulations. The income of workers depends on each company but ranges from 7 to 10 million VND/month.

Businesses also recruit for other positions such as product designers, programmers, technology engineers, construction engineers, translators, etc. Age requirements range from 18 to 50 years old depending on the industry and job.

As planned, on February 8, 2025, the Job Consulting and Introduction Festival will take place at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park.

This is an opportunity for workers who work far away from home for Tet to learn about the working environment at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, helping workers have more options for suitable job positions in their hometown.

VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd. has been operating since 2015. Up to now, it has had 54 investment projects (including 33 FDI projects and 21 domestic projects), with a total area of ​​about 247.5 hectares, reaching an occupancy rate of about 95%, total registered investment capital of about 1.8386 billion USD and attracting more than 23,000 workers; 51 projects have been granted Investment Certificates/Enterprise Certificates with registered investment capital of 1.8386 billion USD. Currently, 34 projects have come into operation; 7 projects are under construction and the remaining projects are carrying out procedures. It is expected that when all factories come into operation, they will create jobs for about 70,000 workers.
