Contractor behind schedule in Hue fined over 292 million VND
The Project Management Board for Construction Investment and Urban Development of Thua Thien Hue province has just sanctioned for the second time An Bao Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company for continuing to delay the construction progress of Package No. 11 of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Culture and Sports Square project. This time's fine is 261.49 million VND according to the contract regulations.

Previously, the enterprise was fined 31.335 million VND in May 2026. Thus, the total amount of fines for violation of contract progress to date has reached 292.825 million VND. The delay in progress is determined compared to the adjusted plan in the contract appendix signed on April 16, 2026.

From July 1st, livestreamers must refuse to sell goods without papers
From July 1, the Law on E-commerce (amended) officially took effect, adding many new regulations for livestream sales activities. Livestreamers must provide information to verify their identity with the platform, comply with online broadcasting regulations and refuse to cooperate with sellers if they are not provided with full papers and information in accordance with the law.
The law strictly prohibits livestreamers from providing false information or causing confusion about the uses, origin, quality, price, promotions, and warranty of products. For goods and services that must be certified by competent authorities for advertising content, livestreamers are only allowed to introduce the correct content that has been approved. At the same time, images, language, or acts that violate fine customs and traditions are not allowed to be used during broadcasting.
On the seller's side, before livestreaming, they must provide complete documents proving business conditions, product quality and documents confirming advertising content (if required).
