Hanoi Market Management handles more than 500 violations in one month
In the period from July 16 to August 15, 2026, the Hanoi Market Management force inspected 562 cases, handled 513 violations, collected more than 5.14 billion VND in fines and transferred 9 cases with signs of crime to the investigating agency.
Notably, there were 554 surprise inspections, accounting for 98.6%, showing that market control activities were promoted.
Many violations were detected in the fields of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), tobacco, e-commerce and food safety. In which, functional forces discovered many fake LPG bottles and 1,645 anti-counterfeit stamps; handled 22 violations in e-commerce with fines of 477.5 million VND and 7 food safety cases with fines of more than 145.7 million VND.
In the coming time, Hanoi Market Management will continue to strengthen local management, inspect groups of goods at high risk of violation, focusing on combating smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement and e-commerce. See more...

Quang Ngai will dialogue with investors facing difficulties
On August 23, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tam assigned the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to review and compile a list of businesses and investors facing difficulties and obstacles regarding projects to organize dialogues and find solutions.
The problems reflected by businesses mainly relate to compensation, site clearance, investment policy for renewable energy projects, disbursement of public investment capital, design adjustment and project estimates.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned leaders to urge and remove obstacles at a number of projects such as Thien But Park, Thach Bich Green Park, An Phu New Urban Area; and at the same time requested the completion of land handover for the Urban Area No. 1 project in Mang Den and the copper ore smelting and refining plant in Dak Koi in August 2026.
