According to analysts, the main reason comes from call margin pressure, mainly related to organizations, large shareholders and enterprises holding shares rather than individual investors. Meanwhile, market liquidity is still low, showing that most small investors have reduced leverage use in the past.

Investors are recommended to prioritize risk management, reduce margin use, maintain a high cash ratio and monitor leading stocks with good financial foundations to wait for disbursement opportunities when the market becomes more stable. Da Nang establishes three working groups to remove obstacles in public investment

As of the beginning of July, Da Nang has only disbursed more than 237 billion VND, reaching 18.4% of the total of more than 1,290 billion VND of capital for the transitional National Target Program for the period 2021-2025. This means that the city must disburse about 1,053 billion VND remaining before the end of 2026, of which more than 822 billion VND is central capital that is required to disburse 100%.

Many projects in localities such as Que Phuoc and Thang Binh are facing problems with land, site clearance, design and procedures, causing slow construction progress. In particular, projects in mountainous areas are also under pressure to be completed before the rainy and storm season to avoid incurring costs and prolonging progress.

To accelerate disbursement, Da Nang has established 3 working groups to directly inspect, remove difficulties and request weekly progress updates. The city will also transfer capital from projects that are unable to disburse and handle, replace contractors who are behind schedule or violate contracts according to regulations. See more...
