Phu Tho - The presence of major traffic routes in the area will help increase investment attraction efficiency for Van Xuan industrial cluster.

Van Xuan Industrial Cluster was established on June 16, 2021, with a total area of nearly 70ha located in Van Xuan commune. To date, the technical infrastructure system of the industrial cluster has been completed.

After more than 5 years since its establishment, the industrial cluster has attracted many domestic and foreign investors, and many factories are being built and put into operation.

Over the past time, traffic infrastructure in the area around Van Xuan industrial cluster has been and is constantly being invested and upgraded by large projects.

Typically, the inter-regional traffic road project connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C from Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province (now Lao Cai province), the project has a total investment of up to 2,120 billion VND.

The starting point (Km0) of the main inter-regional road (intersection with National Highway 32) is only about 200m away from the road to Van Xuan industrial cluster.

Along with that, the extended inter-regional road with a construction value of nearly 97.6 billion VND, which was just completed not long ago, has almost "covered" the entire southern face of this industrial cluster.

In particular, the project to invest in upgrading and expanding the road connecting Phong Chau bridge with the inter-regional road, which is about to be implemented, will help traffic in the Van Xuan industrial cluster area become more convenient and modern.

The project has a total investment of 235.8 billion VND, constructing upgrading and expanding National Highway 32 section from Km76+150 - Km81+380 in Van Xuan commune with a total length of about 4.9km.

In which, the section from Km79+616,44 - Km81+380 (section 3) is the section of National Highway 32 passing through the main gate of Van Xuan industrial cluster that will be renovated and upgraded with a synchronous scale with a roadbed width of 15.5m, road surface and sidewalk reinforcement of 14.5m.

According to Mr. Do The Nam - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board, the project is currently in the process of selecting a construction drawing design unit, and is expected to start organizing the selection of construction contractors in November 2026.

Thus, around Van Xuan industrial cluster, there are 3 major roads including: Ho Chi Minh Road (adjacent to the Northern area), the extended inter-regional road (South) which has just been completed, and National Highway 32 (West) which is about to be expanded.

The presence of roads will help the industrial cluster increase regional connectivity, elevate the value of off-site infrastructure... In particular, convenient transportation combined with existing internal infrastructure will create a great attraction for investors.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang - a resident of Van Xuan commune - shared: "The industrial cluster is located in a prime location, benefiting from major transportation projects of the province. Hopefully, it will attract more investors to come here, creating more jobs for workers".

According to the investor representative, to date, Van Xuan industrial cluster has attracted 22 secondary investors to operate, with a occupancy rate of 82.26%.
