On the afternoon of September 11, the Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the General Directorate of Customs to recognize Luxshare - ICT Van Trung Company Limited, Van Trung Industrial Park, Viet Yen town (Bac Giang) as a priority enterprise.
Accordingly, the Directorate General of Customs signed Decision No. 2013 recognizing Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Company Limited as a priority enterprise in the customs sector.
Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise established in 2019 in Van Trung Industrial Park.
To date, the Company has a total project investment capital of 520 million USD, creating jobs for more than 32 thousand workers.
Since its establishment, Luxshare-ICT Van Trung has carried out more than 127 thousand customs declarations with a total import and export turnover of more than 20 billion USD.
Thus, along with Crystal Martin Vietnam (Quang Chau Industrial Park), Luxshare-ICT Van Trung is the second enterprise in Bac Giang province to be recognized for customs priority.
This is also the 14th enterprise in the area managed by the Bac Ninh Provincial Customs Department in 3 provinces (Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Thai Nguyen) to receive customs priority (nationwide there are 75 priority enterprises).
Enterprises recognized as priority enterprises will have reduced customs clearance time for goods; exemption from checking related documents in customs dossiers; exemption from actual inspection of goods during customs procedures and priority when carrying out tax procedures...
In particular, when Vietnam signs an agreement on recognition of priority enterprises with customs authorities of other countries, Vietnam's priority enterprises will also enjoy customs priority in the signatory country.
