The Tax Department has just sent an official dispatch to organizations providing electronic invoice solutions, requesting to continue to closely coordinate with tax authorities in implementing electronic invoices with codes, generated from cash registers for business households according to the new regulations in Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP.
According to the content of the document, the Tax Department highly appreciated the support of solution providers in the past time, contributing to promoting administrative procedure reform, modernizing tax management and digital transformation. Entering the new stage, when businesses directly retail goods and services to consumers are required to use electronic invoices from cash registers, the role of technical support and communication of solution providers becomes even more important.
The tax authority recommends that organizations proactively publicize service information, develop simple and reasonable solution packages, especially for small business households. At the same time, it is necessary to continue implementing free and incentive programs to support taxpayers to access and use software more easily and effectively.
In addition to arranging personnel to directly or online guide business households during the peak period in June and July 2025, the Tax Department recommends that organizations provide solutions to establish a channel to support rapid response techniques, ensuring timely handling of arising incidents. Technical coordination and data sharing between systems are also emphasized to ensure synchronization of information with the management system of tax authorities.
The Tax Department notes that organizations need to support taxpayers in complying with regulations when installing and instructing the use of electronic invoice software, avoiding incorrect configuration or leading to incorrect revenue information, affecting fairness and transparency in tax obligations.
