
On the morning of June 18, in Thanh Vinh ward, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association organized the Vietnam Private Sector Forum (VPSF) 2026 - a local dialogue round in Nghe An.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Dang Hong Anh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2026 - emphasized that the selection of Nghe An as a dialogue point is of great significance in the development strategy of the North Central region.
He said that in the context of the private economy being identified as an important driving force of the economy, this year's forum aims at the message of "co-creating policies", shifting from "removing difficulties" to jointly identifying and handling development bottlenecks.
Accordingly, businesses not only reflect obstacles but also propose feasible solutions; the government and experts jointly participate in policy design in a practical, effective and responsible direction.
The forum also emphasized the role of Nghe An in implementing Resolution 39-NQ/TW, towards the goal of becoming the center of the North Central region in industry, logistics, education, health and science and technology.

At the forum, Mr. Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee - summarized the socio-economic development results in the first quarter of 2026, and at the same time proposed key task groups to achieve the double-digit growth target in the coming period.
Nghe An province focuses on improving the investment and business environment, promoting decentralization, simplifying administrative procedures; and at the same time completing strategic infrastructure on transportation, logistics, industrial parks and digital infrastructure, removing obstacles for key projects.
In addition, the locality orients strongly to promote digital transformation, green transformation, science and technology development; support businesses to improve competitiveness and participate more deeply in the global value chain. The goal by 2030 is to reach about 30,000-32,000 operating businesses.
The VPSF 2026 Forum includes two main contents: thematic presentations and open dialogues. In the presentations, delegates focused on unlocking private economic resources, improving productivity through digital transformation and AI, as well as linking "4 houses" in developing high-tech agricultural value chains.

In the dialogue section, the business community frankly exchanged with leaders of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Provincial People's Committee and experts on groups of issues: institutions, infrastructure, digital transformation - green transformation and public-private partnership to promote double-digit growth.
The recommendations and proposals of businesses have been directly exchanged and answered by leaders of Nghe An province and departments and branches in a spirit of companionship, openness and responsibility.
